About The Camp

NAC Outrigger Team members will teach you the fundamentals of the sport, which you will build on each week! Paddlers will be taught on-the-water safety while also exploring the Newport Harbor by canoe. We will use large team boats, so no paddler will ever be alone on the water.

You will have an optional chance to "race" in your team boat on Saturday, Feb 10 at the Annual NAC Hal Rosoff Race

Break into smaller groups with a coach for an OC6 workout.

Get a chance to try the racing canoes!

Race in a sixman in the NAC Hal Rosoff Classic short course into the upper back bay.

Sunday, Feb 11Week 5

Paddle out to the Ocean and come back for a BBQ!
